With the increasing demand for quality healthcare services, Bashir Begum Hospital has reached its full operational capacity. The existing building, comprising 16 doctors and 10 departments, is now fully occupied, with limited space for further growth. Patient inflow continues to rise, resulting in tight waiting areas, limited private rooms, and constrained space for new medical services and departments.

To meet these growing needs and continue providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to the community, the hospital has initiated an expansion project. The new purpose-built, multistorey building (basement to second floor) is currently under construction.

This expansion marks a vital step toward improving patient comfort, increasing service capacity, and ensuring that Bashir Begum Hospital remains a center of excellence
