Government Graduate College, Burewala was granted approval by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to introduce Bachelor’s degree programs in 2020, marking a significant step forward in expanding higher education opportunities in the region. This development brought an immediate need for additional classrooms and enhanced academic facilities to support the growing number of students.
To meet this demand, Rouha Welfare Trust undertook the construction of a purpose-built academic block. The facility features modern lecture halls and essential supporting amenities, creating a well-equipped and conducive learning environment for both students and faculty. The project was executed with strict adherence to high construction standards, ensuring safety, durability, and long-term functionality. The project was successfully completed within 18 months and formally inaugurated in November 2023.
Completed through the dedicated efforts of the project team, the Academic Block stands as a meaningful contribution to educational development. It is dedicated to the founder, Professor Rana Asghar Ali Khan, a visionary who devoted his life to education and community service, leaving behind a lasting legacy.
