Founded in 2003, Rouha Welfare Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the community of Burewala and its surrounding regions through sustainable development initiatives. With a strong focus on healthcare, food, education, and social welfare, the Trust works to improve quality of life and create long-term impact for underserved populations.
Operating from its central hub at Bashir Begum Hospital, Burewala, the organization delivers a wide range of programs aimed at enhancing access to essential services.
Rouha Welfare Trust was established through the vision and compassion of the late Prof. Rana Asghar Ali Khan, in loving honor of his granddaughter, Rouha Khan. Inspired by her journey with physical challenges and driven by a deep sense of social responsibility, the foundation of the Trust rests on the belief that healthcare, education, and social well-being are fundamental human rights.
