The Hunar Foundation Ata Muhammad Technical Institute, located on a six-acre campus at 451 EB, Burewala, is an upcoming initiative aimed at providing comprehensive technical and vocational education to both boys and girls. Scheduled to commence operations in 2027, the institute is designed to address evolving workforce demands through diverse, future-focused training programs.
The institute will offer a wide range of industry-relevant courses. For male students, training will focus on agriculture and mechanical trades, equipping them with practical, hands-on skills aligned with regional and national needs. Female students will have access to programs in fashion designing and hair & beauty, supporting creativity and entrepreneurship. In addition, computer and emerging technology programs—including Artificial Intelligence (AI)—will be offered to both boys and girls, ensuring digital competency and readiness for modern careers.
This project is a collaborative effort between Rouha Welfare Trust, Dr. Muhammad Yasin, and The Hunar Foundation. Rouha Welfare Trust has generously donated six acres of land for the campus, while construction is currently underway with funding provided by Dr. Muhammad Yasin.
Dr. Muhammad Yasin, originally from Burewala and now based in the United States, is a practicing cardiologist in Oklahoma. Alongside his medical career, he is deeply committed to philanthropic efforts focused on education and community upliftment. His vision for this institute reflects a strong dedication to empowering the youth of his hometown through accessible, skill-based learning opportunities.
Upon completion, the campus will be managed and operated by The Hunar Foundation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, industry-aligned vocational and technical education.
